I'm a builder, business owner, and Realtor who helps people buy and sell property throughout Central Idaho. For most of my career, I wasn't selling real estate—I was building things. I started out working in the electrical trade and spent the next two decades growing into leadership roles on commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects across the West. Along the way, I earned associate degrees in Electrical Theory and Instrumentation & Industrial Controls, became a Master Electrician, and built multiple successful businesses. That experience gives me a different perspective than most agents. When I walk a property, I'm naturally looking beyond the listing details. I pay attention to access, utilities, construction quality, development potential, infrastructure, and the things that can impact a property's long-term value. Whether you're buying a home, selling a ranch, investing in land, or looking at commercial opportunities, I believe understanding those details matters. My family and I chose to make Challis home because we appreciate the lifestyle, the people, and the opportunities that exist in rural Idaho.
