About Juan

Spanish speaking Realtor, I specialize in first time home buyers, military (both active duty and veterans) out of state buyers. I am a member of The Greater Idaho Falls Association of Realtors where I served in different capacities. Since 2020 I have served as a State Director with Idaho Realtors. During that time I have served on the Bylaws Committee and the Education Committee, I attended and graduated The Idaho Realtors Leadership Academy in 2020 and was named GIFAR’s Realtor of the year in 2019. In 2023 I served as the Association's President. I have also chaired the Community Service Committee, as such I've organized blood drives for the American Red Cross, Realtor Self Defense Seminars, turkey drives for The Salvation Army, Realtor Ring Day for the Salvation Army and I’m also the Head Chef in charge of cooking the Thanksgiving meal The Salvation Army provides for the city every year. I currently serve as the East District Vice President with Idaho Realtors where I represent Idaho Falls, Blackfoot, Upper Valley and Idaho Falls with the State Associations. I have served in different committees with the Mayor of Idaho Falls: The Idahome Committee with the emphasis of coming up with ideas for more affordable housing in the city. The Mayor's Scholarship Fund a committee that awards local Idaho Falls students with scholarships. I'm currently serving on the Hispanic Council of the Greater Idaho Falls Chamber of Commerce where our main purpose is to merge Hispanic businesses with the non Hispanic businesses.
