As a realtor I would:

1- Provide Honest Advice:  I won't push clients into transactions that aren't right for them just to make a sell.  Instead, I'll offer objective advice based on their needs and circumstances.

2- Full Disclosure:  I'm upfront about any potential issues or drawbacks with a property, ensuring my clients have all the information they need to make informed decisions.

3- Respect Confidentiality:  I maintain the confidentiality of my clients personal and financial information, respecting their privacy at all times.

4- Follow Ethical Standards:  I adhere to the highest ethical standards set forth by the (NAR) National Association of Realtors. 

5- Transparent Communication:  I communicate openly and transparently with my clients, keeping them informed about the progress of their transactions and addressing any questions or concerns promptly.
